Refunds & Cancellation Policy

Bookings and Payments

All bookings made through Tiwala Travel and Tour Ltd are subject to the terms and conditions of the relevant airlines, hotels, tour operators, or other service providers. Payment confirms acceptance of these terms.

Refunds

If a booking is missed, unused, or only partially used, refunds are generally not available unless permitted by the supplier’s policy. We encourage customers to review the applicable terms and conditions carefully before completing a booking.

Cancellations

Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to info@tiwalatravel.com. The effective date of cancellation is the date we receive your written request.

Chargebacks

Eligibility depends on the refund rules of the third-party supplier involved in your booking.

  • Some bookings may be non-refundable or partially refundable

  • Airline tickets, hotel reservations, and tour packages may carry cancellation fees

  • Service fees charged by Tiwala Travel and Tour may be non-refundable

Where a refund is permitted by the supplier, we will process the refund within 7 business days after receiving the refunded amount from the supplier. Please note that banks and card providers may take additional time to credit the funds to your account.

Delays

Customers are encouraged to contact us first to resolve any issues before initiating a chargeback with their bank or card provider. Unauthorised chargebacks may delay refund processing.

Missed or Unused Bookings

On rare occasion, delays may occur due to airlines, hotels, tour operators or other third-party providers. As these services are managed by our partners, refunds can only be processed once we have received the funds back from the relevant supplier. We appreciate your understanding and patience in such situations.

Changes to confirmed bookings are subject to availability and supplier rules. Additional charges may apply.
